Consolidate the whole build-up
- Use the system builder to price primer, mesh, microcement, toner and protection together, including a wastage allowance for edges and absorbent substrates.
- Order enough toner and powder of one batch for the whole surface. Shade is formula and batch specific, and a later top-up may not match.
- Complete kits are fixed configurations. If you need a different primer, mesh or protection, price components individually rather than adding a second shipment later.
Hot and dry working conditions
- Heat, low humidity and wind can shorten working time and affect finish quality. Follow the temperature and working limits in the current technical data.
- Avoid working on surfaces in direct sun or on hot substrates. Plan application times and site protection with the builder.
- Store packs out of the heat on site, and keep liquid components protected as the data sheets require.
