How an order
works here

Supported selections use Shopify-hosted checkout. Review the live product price, delivery options and final total there before paying. Enquiry-only items are excluded from that checkout and remain in your basket for a separate request.

Enquiry basket totals are estimates, not charges. We confirm pricing, quantities, freight and availability in our response. Sending an enquiry or sample request does not take payment or place a paid order.

Material supply is Australia-wide. For online purchases, review the available delivery options and charges at Shopify checkout. For enquiry-only products, freight is confirmed in your quote. Packs are heavy (20 kg), and charges can change with quantity, packaging and destination. Check the final freight cost before committing.

Coverage figures are nominal: 20 kg microcement about 16 m2 over two coats, Primer Beton 20 kg about 18 m2, PRP 2.5 L about 17.5 m2 over three coats. The locally supplied VetroLiquido PRP is also named PRP Glass Protekt; the confirmed local three-coat cycle is retained. Complete kits are nominally sized for 15 m2, subject to the required coat cycle. Edges, joinery, waste and absorbent substrates use more, so the system builder adds a separate wastage allowance.

Manufacturer System Builder: 20 m² per 2.5 L in one coat. Wastage is added separately before whole-tin rounding. Local pricing is verified for 2.5 L only; 7 L supply requires a quotation. Absorption and preparation affect actual consumption. Manufacturer guidance for Primer NK.

Nikkolor System Builder: 16 m² per 2.5 L for the complete 2–3 coat cycle. Wastage is added separately before rounding up whole tubs; do not multiply consumption by the coat count. Coverage is indicative, not application approval. Manufacturer guidance for Decor Finish.

Prices remain from the shared commercial catalogue. Larger pack availability and pricing require confirmation. Coverage does not approve any substrate or application; confirm the specified cycle before ordering.

Per 20 kg microcement pack, TA Light uses 2 toner bottles, TB Medium 3 and TC Dark 4. Order enough of each batch for the whole surface, because shade is formula and batch specific.

Request up to five boards from the sample page. Cemento 3D and MicroCem-FB sample boards are $11 each including GST and standard postage. Metal, lime and marble-effect samples have their price and delivery quoted separately. Samples remain enquiry-only: we confirm availability before payment.

Dispatch is when an order leaves the supplier; it is separate from carrier delivery time. Stock, tinting, preparation, packaging, payment confirmation and carrier acceptance all affect estimates. No universal dispatch or delivery deadline is promised.

Provide a complete delivery address, a current phone number and any access or unloading restrictions. Tracking depends on the selected carrier and service. Keep your order reference when asking about an estimate, tracking issue or revised delivery arrangement.

Ask about available collection arrangements before attending. A pickup location, time, stock readiness and dangerous-goods handling must be confirmed for your actual order.

Check your delivery on arrival and tell us as soon as possible if something is missing, damaged or not as described. Include your reference, photos and the pack labels or batch numbers. Do not mix or apply material you suspect is faulty.
