Some products can be paid for through secure Shopify checkout. Kits, custom samples, calculated systems and quote-only items stay as an enquiry. Your basket stays saved either way.
Delivery address or shipping unavailable?
Enter your delivery address in Shopify checkout: select Australia and provide the street number and street, suburb, state and postcode, plus any unit or company details needed for delivery. Complete any contact fields Shopify marks as required.
Address error: correct the specific highlighted field, choose the matching address suggestion if offered, and retry. A missing or invalid field is not a freight quote.
No shipping options after a complete address: Shopify has not offered a delivery method for that basket and address. Check the address once, then contact us with the products, quantities and delivery suburb/postcode for a freight review. This is not free delivery and changing to the showroom address does not arrange delivery to your own address.
Local delivery shown for a Torquay address applies only to that eligible destination. Pickup must be arranged and confirmed manually; we do not promise an online pickup payment option. VetroLiquido PRP remains quotation-only with dangerous-goods freight or manually confirmed pickup.
You can correct the address and retry within Shopify, or return here and refresh your checkout review. Your basket stays saved. This website cannot read or override Shopify’s address errors or carrier rates.
Going to checkout does not empty your basket. The enquiry form below remains available for anything you would rather discuss first.
