Your details

When you submit a form on this website we store what you enter: your name, email, any phone, location, company or role you provide, your message, and any products, quantities and colours you request.

We store it so we can respond to your request. Nothing else is done with it.

This website does not send automated emails. Submitting a form saves your request and shows you a reference on screen. We respond to you separately using the details you gave.

Your basket is kept in your own browser storage on your device. It is cleared once an enquiry request is received, or when you empty it. Opening Shopify checkout does not clear your basket or confirm payment.

Optional reference photos are stored privately, not in the public catalogue. A secure browser cookie grants access from the uploading browser for seven days; no account is required. Photos are linked to your sample enquiry for matching assessment. Unsubmitted photos expire after 24 hours; submitted photos expire after 90 days and are deleted by scheduled cleanup. Removing a photo from a draft leaves it private until its expiry. We remove embedded image metadata, including location information, when processing uploads. Do not upload confidential documents or photos you do not have permission to share. Matching remains subject to confirmation.

Supported products can be purchased through Shopify-hosted checkout. After you review and confirm your selection, we send the selected product variants and quantities to our shared Shopify store to prepare a cart. Shopify collects the delivery, billing and payment details needed to complete your purchase under the terms shown at checkout. This website does not collect payment-card details. Enquiry requests are not purchases, and enquiry-only items are not included in online checkout.
