Limits and conditions

  • Confirm component configuration, substrate compatibility, reinforcement method and coverage before ordering.
  • On floors, matching Primer Beton to the finish colour helps reduce white chip contrast but does not prevent chips or guarantee an invisible repair.
  • Substrate condition, exposure, waterproofing, movement joints and drainage must be assessed for the project. Performance and approvals are not transferable from one build to another.

Shipping notes

  • Freight is quoted for your delivery address and confirmed in our response. Material supply is Australia-wide.
  • Pack weights make parcel freight a real cost on larger orders, so confirm the quote before you commit.

Questions

Primer Beton or Primer NK?

It follows your actual substrate. The source kits use Beton on tiled and reinforced builds and NK on wall, ceiling and benchtop builds, but your substrate decides. See the substrate guide.
